Day 1:

• 7:00 AM: Depart from Kampala to Mabira Forest (1.5-hour drive)
• 8:30 AM: Arrival at Mabira Forest, check-in at the lodge
• 9:00 AM: Morning bird watching session; expect to see the Nahan’s francolin, African dwarf kingfisher, and white-spotted flufftail
• 12:00 PM: Lunch (included)
• 1:00 PM: Afternoon bird watching session
• 5:00 PM: Return to the lodge, dinner, and overnight stay

Day 2:

• 6:00 AM: Early morning bird watching session
• 9:00 AM: Breakfast at the lodge
